The movie Khoobsurat is about to complete its two years but the Bollywood diva, Sonam Kapoor, still has not gotten enough of her Pakistani co-star and cannot stop herself from raving about Fawad Khan.
Khoobsurat is all set to be telecast on TV now, and hence when the 34 years old actress, Sonam Kapoor, was requested to shed light on her experience of playing the protagonist with the Pakistani hunk, Fawad she couldn’t resist stop herself from saying in an interview with India Today, “What does one say about a man who is gorgeous and gifted with magnificent acting talent?”
She even recounted the story behind how Fawad got to become Vikram Rathore for their movie.
“We were looking for someone who can play the royal effortlessly,” she disclosed, “Fawad, with his remarkable acting skills and dapper looks, seemed only too befitting.” They were so impressed by the singer cum actor that the Pakistani actor became their favorite topic and discussion and soon Sonam’s sister, Rhea, also the director of the movie, Khoobsurat, approached him.
As much as his intense acting in romantic hits like “Humsafar” and “Zindagi Gulzar Hai” exude an impression of the chocolate-y hero’s sterness, Sonam reveals otherwise, “Only a few people know that Fawad is actually a pretty funny guy. Although his shy and intense sides are prevalent at times than others, we don’t mind them at all.”
While talking about the film being telecast on TV, the actress told that it is a universal movie and confided, “TV watching is an essential activity of a household which brings the entire family together. I hope my audience enjoys the movie.”
Meanwhile, Fawad just finished with Kapoor and Sons which will be gracing the cinema screens soon.
